Isle of Man and UK Mainland - Next day delivery £7
N.Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly - Next day delivery £13.95
Eire and Channel Islands - Next day delivery £24.95
Sorry but we cannot send goods any further than the UK and Ireland.
Delivery Days and Ordering
Orders placed before 12 noon will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be packed and dispatched the following day for delivery the day after. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered Tuesday. We are unable to deliver on a Saturday or Sunday.
Delivery Time
Your goods will be delivered on the specified day at any time between 8am and 5pm. We are sorry, but we cannot stipulate the exact time that delivery will be made. Usually most orders are delivered by 4pm.
Certain locations automatically come under a two day delivery zone for our courier. These are the more isolated areas such as the Scottish Highlands we will inform you if you are in this category.
Please note: Due to the nature of fish and seafood we cannot always guarantee that all products will be available as shown on the site. Under these circumstances we will contact you either by phone or email. We can either offer you an alternative, modify your order, or hold off from dispatching your order until the product becomes available.
Delivery Address
We can deliver to any address and this includes a place of work or to a neighbour or friend. If the alternate delivery address is incorrect and we cannot deliver, we do not accept responsibility for the failure to deliver.
Leaving Safe
It is your responsibility to ensure that your requested delivery date is suitable for either yourself or your gift recipient to accept.
If you are not avaliable to accept the delivery the courier may leave the order with a neighbour or leave it in a safe place and place a card in the letterbox
Delivery Company/Courier
Your goods will be delivered by Isle of Man Post and Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Packaging
Your goods are packed with iced gel packs and within a polystyrene box to keep all the goods well insulated and within fridge temperatures to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
